How is delivery handled?

Delivery is handled digitally by email to the address you provide during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery timing depends on the fulfillment window shown on the site and any external publisher or platform timing.

What if I do not receive the email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still does not arrive, contact support@presalegames.com with your order number.

Can I cancel or refund my order?
