Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

PresaleGames sells digital pre-order reservations and digital delivery services. Because our products are digital and processed immediately, all sales are generally final unless this Policy says otherwise.

When refunds may be granted

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled and no equivalent delivery can be provided.
• You did not receive your digital delivery due to a verified issue on our side.
• The delivered product materially differs from the description shown at checkout.

When refunds are not granted

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You entered the wrong platform, edition, or email address during checkout.
• Your device or account does not meet the platform requirements clearly stated on the website.
• The delay is caused by publisher timing, platform timing, or other external release schedule changes outside our reasonable control.

Request window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, or within 7 days after the announced fulfillment date if delivery was not completed.

How to request a refund

Email support@presalegames.com with your order number, purchase email, platform, and a short description of the issue. We may request additional proof to investigate and prevent fraud.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Many delivery issues can be resolved faster through our support team.
